It’s grey, miserable and cold outside but don’t fear because Turtle Bay, a new addition to Croydon’s high street is bringing us rays of sunshine in their beach-shack-inspired restaurant.
It’s a great spot for pre-drinks before a night out or even after work. Serving up 40 different rums, you’re spoilt for choice!
There’s a happy hour too, every day 11:30 am to 7pm and again from 10pm you can benefit from 2-4-1 cocktails. Grab a friend and enjoy the drinks to the sound of reggae music.
Our favourites had to be the ‘Tobago tea’ and ‘Passion Rum Punch’.
There’s a huge variety of Caribbean dishes to choose from, we had the sharing platter which included wings, dumplings amongst other tings.
We loved the decor with the vibrant colours and street art Croydon skyline on the wall.
Congratulations to the competition winner Kingsley who will be dining at The Turtle Bay for free! I’m sure we’ll be back there soon.
